I'm going to repost one from earlier this week since it seemed to fall through the cracks in the timeline.

My novella Raziel's Jewel comes out on the 15th! Just a few days away! It's an m/f romance with a magic gem third-wheeling #fantasyindiesseptember
Kirana lunged. Her hand shot out, fingers brushing Bun’s sleeve for just a split second-
Bun smiled. A portal opened just behind and under her. She let herself fall off the roof right into it.
“Same time next week, Kiki?”

This one's from Exile today, because recording has officially begun on the audiobook!
#FantasyIndiesSeptember Day 12:
I added the red church very late on. On the surface, it’s world-building, but it is directly relevant to something that happens later on in the story…

“The Savage Tales of Solomon Kane” really reminds me of autumn, partly because I first encountered the character one fall and partly because the dark fantasy vibe evokes autumn for me, especially with the stories in Europe.
11) Anything in the Anne of Green Gables series immediately reminds me of autumn. #FantasyIndiesSeptember
#FantasyIndiesSeptember Day 11: Books that remind me of fall
The first one that comes to mind is Anne of the Island by L.M. Montgomery - it's the third of the Anne of Green Gables books and the one where she goes away to college.
I should read those books again. They're good comfort reads.
Day 11. Free Friday.

Day 11 of #FantasyIndiesSeptember
I didn't get much writing done this week, only 1837 words on Book 8 of my Oracle of Delphi series. Hoping next week is better.
Happy Friday! 🎉
11: Free Friday
Marketing Friday! In case you do not know, I have a dark fantasy novelette (first in a series!) about a bored tavern maid whose life gets turned upside down when her village is attacked by a monster. Check it out!

I found some missing pages of a WIP i started writing in college. I spent a day typing them up so they dont get miss placed again. Well, hopefully.
The one side character is very cringe so, he likely won't be in the eventual rewrite.

Anything magical, cosy, witchy!
Last year I read "Rewitched" by @lucyjanewood.bsky.social and if you're into the genre, I highly recommend it!

Let's do a #WritingQ! For those w/ magic-wielding OCs, what type of magic is their specialty?
In SCC, Cecilia & Auren are both Twincasts, able to use 2 magical elements. Cecilia is a Grenadier (Heat/Breeze) while Auren is a Stormwalker (Spark/Mist).
