According to my tracker, I only wrote 777 words this month. Considering I was only able to go to the coffee shop once, I'll take that accomplishment. Hoping October will be a little calmer 💙

I think Braelyn and I are both ambiverts, but I tend to lean more introvert whereas she leans more extrovert.

It's really rare for me to DNF a book. The only one I've ever DNF'd was "The Lies of Locke Lamora", and I just really struggled with being engaged in the beginning.
Anyway, I think if you really don't enjoy a book, you are allowed to DNF.

I know I shouldn't, but I tend to do research in the middle of writing a scene 😂 I usually don't realize I need to look something up until I get to that specific part.

I don't have much of an issue with grammar. It's been a big strength of mine since high school. However, I used to get tripped up by the rule of 's after a name ending in S.

I think each character is seeking power in their own way/for their own reasons. But the obvious answer is Velimiar. He wants to see the world crash and burn.

This has been really helpful for getting some thinkythoughts out about the current WIP, so thank you very much for the prompts! It's also helped me keep a steady writing streak for the month, which is the first time I've done that in years.

This month, I added 17,802 words to my Oracle of Delphi series WIP. Total wordcount is now 831,964. I'm at 161 CE in Book 8 and slogging along.
This month, I read 8 books, none of which were indie.

Decent month. I didn't write as much as I'd like, and the quality isn't as high as I'd like, but I wrote. I didn't go crazy or die. It was a month.
I got a LOT of stuff done, though, some of which should bear fruit soon.

September was a busy month! I released the first book in my new dystopian romantasy series, Sold to the Dark Vampire Prince. And now I'm drafting the next book my cozy fantasy series and reading lots of great indies!
