Most cells and most DNA in a human body are #bacteria cells and DNA. Bacteria eat and require #fiber to do healthy things for the mammalian host cells. Unless humans eat enough fiber, their microbiome is poor and weak and we get sick.

Did you know that food laws prohibited trans fats in vegetable food and oil and fats in the US and EU? The only trans fats left are from butter, cheese and beef. Butter has the most and is often half of all calories in desserts.
