A1. I'm pretty good at endings, actually! I like thinking of a stopping point/goal and writing character arcs with that goal in mind, positive or negative. I struggle most with knowing where to start tbh! They say "start late" but I want to flow narratively. #TBBChat

#BookBazaar26 begins end of October, and includes that new series opener Friends for Lonely Gods! Check it out if you're into found family, #fantasy, neurodiverse self-rep, and creatures trying to live alongside humans

Developing the characters! I'm a very character-driven writer, so my favorite thing is to spend time in my mind with the characters, fleshing them out and learning about them. I always end up caring for my characters so deeply.

My novel, Recursed, is available on Amazon as a DRM-free ebook, and in paperback form. It's got comedy, a Sidekick desperately trying to keep his Hero from incinerating anything she shouldn't, Halflings on a quest,* and more.

It's different with every story, but I normally start the moment before or at the moment that something major changes for the main characters.
Sweet & Wild starts with Micah entering a new forest for the first time.
The Need for Dandelions starts with Galen and Sasha meeting.

#tbbchat thanks for hosting!

I’m revising and expanding my debut trilogy! I’m crowdfunding it as part of the #bookbazaar2026
