Dear Anna and Sabine, how about doors if you have not had this topic too recently?

Doors with a knocker of the Palazzo die Priori in Viterbo, Italy. The palace was built in the 15th century (with later changes). The wooden door is constructed with concentric panels, painted green and covered with nails. The brass knocker in the shape of a lion's head is in the center.

My third place has no address. It’s wherever wandering streets takes me with a camera in hand.

Black-and-white photograph of a quiet, narrow street in Annecy, France. Old stone and stucco buildings with shuttered windows and ornate hanging lanterns frame the passage. Bands of sunlight cross the shadowed pavement, and a rocky mountain rises beyond the rooftops.

Night view of London’s Tower Bridge, with its illuminated stone tower and sweeping steel suspension structure glowing against a black sky. A red double-decker bus filled with passengers crosses beneath the bridge lights.

Slowly but surely I'm watching movies that I have been too nervous or scared to watch. Last night Bob and I watched the 70's version of Invasion Of The Body Snatchers. It's a good movie, and it absolutely filled me with the dread that I thought it would.

A quiet nighttime view along the Louvre in Paris, where a row of glowing street lamps recedes into the distance beside the ornate museum façade. The empty walkway and black-and-white treatment create a still, atmospheric scene, with a small glimpse of the Louvre Pyramid visible at left.
