Solar:
Our
Lifeline.
America’s
Rejection?
Senseless.
On
Living?
Always
Required.

What?

In so many a past hard circumstance
Someone would speak with eloquence
Their words uttered had such relevance
From those in charge now, not a chance
As they can only manage grandiloquence
Soon to be left to their own irrelevance

Mélange

In a perfect world
We mix all together
People unfurled
We can change whether
We see sunny or cloudy
In the beat of a heart
Collectively, proudly
It is the true start
Of humans being humane
Not something other
Like crazy, insane
Having only our druthers

#tHartigan
#vss365 #mélange

Everyone’s a Tool

Everyone everywhere is a tool
This blunt instrument is a fool
A hammer is used where
A screwdriver would do
But he’s always there
Trying hard to nail you
Not a care at all
For how to repair US
The Epstein gall
There’s more to discuss

We Are One

Mélange:
Every
Life
Asking
Nothing,
Giving
Everything
Makes
Effortless,
Loving.
Anyone
Notice
Gratitude
Expanding?

Bad Reception

Reception-
Everyone
Cares
Except
President
Trump;
Idiot
Obliterating
Nation

More Than a Feeling

I have a strong suspicion
That you go by intuition
In order to make each hard decision

Then by your own admission
What then comes to fruition
Is deciding without asking permission

You Worship Who?

We build cathedrals on the land
& cathedrals in our minds
Both are meant for worshipping
But only one might be the kind
Designed to bring about
Hopefulness & compassion
Not for glorification
Of someone with no passion

Whose House?

Cathedral:
Are
The
Heavens
Expecting
Dead,
Republican,
Awful,
Legislators ?
Citizens
Are
Truly
Hopeful,
Expecting
Dedicated,
Respectful,
American
Lawmakers.

Targeted

After the January sixth attack
There’s a target on the back
Of what you might have called
The United States

Since all of this sure smacks
Of corruption, yup that tracks
We all should be appalled
About our dire straits

Papered Over

Palimpsest:
America
Lies,
Incredulously
Making
Promissory
Statements,
Empty,
Satirizing
Trustworthiness.

#vss365 #palimpsest

Worth the Paper it’s Printed on?

As he tries to make The Constitution
Into a mere palimpsest
Let’s help him to an institution
Where the care won’t be the best
How about imprisonment
A not so nice detention
He’ll get back all his intent
We’ll have lifelong prevention

#tHartigan
#vss365 #palimpsest

Do NOT Pass Go

To elbow in the ribs,
give someone grief
Is the same as to needle them
for their whacked-out beliefs

But the eye of the needle
as has been noted in a Bible
Means not getting into Heaven
If like Trump you are liable

Are You Seeing
What I’m Seeing?

Obliviously

Republic
