Our photograph shows two small dogs sitting together on a large, plush turquoise armchair in a warmly lit room.

Ted, on the left, is a small, fluffy dog with golden-brown and cream fur. He has a mostly white face with warm tan markings around his ears and forehead, large dark eyes, and a black nose.

His ears are floppy and slightly feathered. Ted is sitting at an angle, with one front paw resting over the edge of a deep blue cushion. He looks directly towards the camera with a gentle, alert expression.

Bill, on the right, is a smaller black dog with distinctive tan and white markings. He has upright, pointed ears, a white muzzle and chest, and tan markings above his eyes, on his cheeks and legs.

His fluffy tail rises behind him, curling upwards. Bill is sitting upright beside Ted, looking straight at the camera with a curious, confident expression.

The dogs are nestled closely together on the chair, partly surrounded by blue and turquoise cushions. The chair’s soft, oversized upholstery creates a cosy setting.

Our photograph looks upward through a dense forest at a dramatic evening sky.

Tall trees occupy most of the image, their trunks and branches appearing almost completely black in silhouette against the fading light.

Above and between the trees, the sky glows with intense shades of burnt orange, amber and deep copper.

Thick, textured clouds gather across the centre, with brighter golden light shining through openings in the cloud cover, creating the impression of a sunset hidden behind the trees.

On the left, several slender trees spread their branches across the sky, their delicate leaves clearly outlined by the warm light.

On the right, a much larger, fuller tree forms a dark vertical mass, its leaves creating a dense, almost solid silhouette.

The lower half of the image becomes progressively darker, with layers of shadowy foliage and tree trunks fading into near-blackness.

Small glimpses of warm orange light can still be seen through gaps in the woodland.

Overall, the photograph has a dramatic, atmospheric and almost mysterious quality.

Our black-and-white photograph captures a quiet, overgrown woodland scene with a strong sense of age and mystery.

In the foreground, a narrow gravel or stone path enters from the lower left corner and curves gently into the trees.

Alongside it stands an old stone structure, partly concealed by dense vegetation. Its rough, dark stone walls are weathered and uneven, with several small rectangular openings covered by what appear to be aged wooden shutters or doors.

The structure extends across the middle of the image, while above it, crumbling sections of stonework rise among the undergrowth, showing the remains of an old building.

Ferns, ivy, bushes and other plants have grown extensively over the walls, reclaiming much of the structure.

Tall mature trees surround the ruins, their branches and leaves forming a dense canopy overhead. Soft daylight filters through the foliage from the upper centre of the image, creating pale shafts of light and gentle highlights against the deep shadows.

The monochrome treatment emphasises the textures of the rough stone, tangled vegetation and ancient woodland.

The overall atmosphere is quiet, secluded and slightly haunting. As though the forest is slowly absorbing the forgotten remains of a place once inhabited.

Our photograph shows a series of four acrylic paintings on canvas, arranged together against a softly textured, neutral-coloured background.

The largest painting occupies the upper part of the display. It depicts a stylised flowering branch against a pale turquoise-blue background.

Several large, overlapping blossoms fill the composition, painted predominantly in rich teal and deep turquoise, with cream and pale yellow centres.

Fine white lines radiate from the centres like delicate stamens, giving the flowers an intricate, almost decorative quality.

Brown branches extend upward and outward beneath the flowers, while a few leaves and unopened buds add variety to the composition.

The bold colours and strong outlines give the painting a contemporary, graphic appearance.

Below it are three smaller square canvases, each featuring a single stylised flower.
