The problems with OC Transpo can be fixed but it takes political leadership & commitment. There has been none of that since the day Mayor Watson & city councillors had their giddy first ride on the LRT. Some of these "promises" will have to be jettisoned if that tax cap is to be met. As well, it means not enough $ to deal with City's aging facilities & infrastructure. #ottcity
