Nobody needs to be taught
To speak with their eyes

Without a word
Without a whisper
Without saying
Without shouting

You can tell
If I am enamored
Or if I am incensed

So what am I saying now?

Youth, as I #reckon,
curt recalls, gaps, spent seconds.
Curt? I don't recall.

every give-and-take
a hesitant hierarchy
as we dance out the details
of what we are meant to be
lovers or lusters in limbo
I guess we’ll wait and see

You seem-
hesitant-
to face your
reckoning-
I do not need to wonder
why,
I am your
mirror,
all of your terror
without refrain,
all your cruelty and
disdain,
all of your sickness
that defied darkness
lives on
my face, in my
memory-
you run
and run

Hesitant

look

let's just love on hesitant

calm gets the kudos
courage the applause

but kind, sweet
indecision

fills poetic hearts

besides

she blushes when we do

it's adorable
