@ochan35.bsky.socialGeez we have two episodes in a row where a Ranger gets compromised and the others have to save him...actually three considering Kou from last week!
#DaiRanger #GoseiSentaiDaiRanger #SuperSentai #Episode32 #TokuTime @digiranma.bsky.social
@digiranma.bsky.socialUp next, Shoji gets captured for ransom: Him for the Golden Phoenix Leg! "Demon WIth The Golden Kick!" #SuperSentai #Dairanger
@ochan35.bsky.socialI do wonder if Daimugen was a DIRECT inspiration for Megagargomon?
#DaiRanger #GoseiSentaiDaiRanger #SuperSentai #Episode31 #TokuTime @digiranma.bsky.social
@digiranma.bsky.socialI like that we had a little detail in that the sides of Kazu's face was covered in blood to show the bonding of the mask, but what made this fun to watch was that the robot Turtle had a personality and was still Kameo despite everything. #SuperSentai #Dairanger
@ochan35.bsky.socialAfter watching this show I will NEVER look at Power Rangers Season 2 in the same way again.
#DaiRanger #GoseiSentaiDaiRanger #SuperSentai #Episode31 #TokuTime @digiranma.bsky.social
@digiranma.bsky.socialBut, just as our heroes win, the lil' bastard gets pulled out from the underworld. #SuperSentai #Dairanger
@digiranma.bsky.socialSooooooo...pretty much this happens...
Let's be honest, most toy centric show toys would be awesome if we could do that. #SuperSentai #Dairanger
@ochan35.bsky.socialIf I ship Kazu and Kameo would that mean I making Kazu a Turtle Fucker?
#DaiRanger #GoseiSentaiDaiRanger #SuperSentai #Episode31 #TokuTime @digiranma.bsky.social
@ochan35.bsky.socialY'know...I kinda with Tor the Shuttlezord had this interesting back story of being reincarnated as a human.
#DaiRanger #GoseiSentaiDaiRanger #SuperSentai #Episode31 #TokuTime @digiranma.bsky.social
@digiranma.bsky.socialThe Four Kings fuse, grow big, and proceed to kick robot Ch'i butt. This is when Kameo decides to embrace his inner turtle and grow into the new toy! #SuperSentai #Dairanger
@digiranma.bsky.socialIt looks like Kameo gets through...
(Hears the music)
...as George Lucas is about to sue somebody...as they finally have ALL the stuff needed to actually control the bazooka and use it to break the mask curse the only way you can...BLOW IT THE FUCK UP! #SuperSentai #Dairanger
@digiranma.bsky.socialKazu escapes but the Heavens spot him and start their chant to cause him to spaz out and attack! Just what are they chanting anywa---
@ochan35.bsky.socialSo this episode aired the day before my 14th birthday in 1993. For some context Power Rangers just debuted a month earlier so THIS gives you an idea how close we were to the Super Sentai material!

@rangerboard.comFighting for traffic safety! Gekisou Sentai... Caaaaarranger! 👍
To celebrate the 30th anniversary of Carranger, an 'Accel Changer 30th Anniversary Edition' has been announced!
No further info or images have been released at this time, so stay tuned... #SuperSentai
@digiranma.bsky.socialSee, turns out the turtle bot loves peace, hates war, so he decided to be with us humans...ironically...and he just forgot. #SuperSentai #Dairanger
@digiranma.bsky.socialBack at the Hell Hole, turns out the boss was fishing for the evil lil' bastard just as gramps reveals to Kameo that he's one of the Ch'i beasts, the giant turtle thing that Saban used when the Titanus footage started sucking. #SuperSentai #Dairanger
@ochan35.bsky.socialSo...since I was preoccupied last Friday I forgot to clear up that I did watch all of last week's episodes on my own time. I just didn't make posts about them outside of reposting DigiRanma's stuff.

For #TokuTime #SuperSentai we're covering the series that was Macek'd in Power Rangers Season 2!
#GoseiSentaiDaiRanger @digiranma.bsky.social
@digiranma.bsky.socialFor some odd reason, this crystal keeps turning Kameo into a turtle.
BTW, if you're wondering why the odd name, Kameo is played by the guy who played the yellow Jetman and Japan loves puns. #SuperSentai #Dairanger
