Tina is such a fuckin loser. #Carrie

Yeow...!
This episode was certainly something (directed by Kyra Sedgwick BTW)
This Emaline revelation

We didn’t need another Carrie. Until Mike Flanagan proved we did. Prime Video’s reinvention turns King’s horror classic into a story about kindness, mothers and daughters, cyberbullying — and possibly something much bigger. #Carrie #MikeFlanagan #Reel360

Why is she throwing away her food? She just gonna go to bed starving? #Carrie

Where the fuck do they live like don't most states in the US ban phones in school? Like why should they NOT ban phones after shit like this especially? #Carrie

Okay first of all, I had periods that were late for 2 FUCKING WEEKS. 5 DAYS is nothing. And second of all, if you two were using some fucking protection you wouldn't be worrying about this shit. Goddamn teenagers never do things the RIGHT way. #Carrie

How is being bulimic inevitable? Obviously people who are bulimic are dumb as hell. #Carrie

Aiii pq eu faço vodka com limonada.... Filha, é caipiroska o nome disso, vamo se situar #carrie

Oh my gosh, is this random bitch in the story going to be just giving her advice all the time? That just proves how pathetic Carrie is. She can't even solve her own problems without this bitch appearing. And it's sad because Emaline appears to be the best, smartest character out of the cast. #Carrie

Oh, now something happens again? #Carrie

Ooh Carrie ain't never gonna forgive Chris for that. #Carrie

Wait, I thought she privated that, what did somebody hack into her account? #Carrie

I knew that red door shirt looked so familiar when Lillard's character walked by the shot.. Red Room Pictures hah 🔍
and "A.P. Physics" episode title 😉
also love the Haute & Freddy tunes sprinkled through the season, been my favorite band for the past year 👌
#Carrie #HauteAndFreddy

So it finished the #carrie mini series and this was a good adaptation and all of the discourse about it seems very misplaced. It’s the same core story just told a little differently. The same message the same core point. Just told with different elements

The sense of dread escalated in these two episodes 😬
Can't help but feel anger at most of the characters, even Carrie.
Emaline is interesting. She recognizes Carrie's powers. Can't wait to see what she does with that

For #Day11 of the #31DaysOfHorror, the latest adaptation of the popular story, #Carrie on @primevideo.bsky.social. While I understand many of the criticisms launched at the series, I still thoroughly enjoyed Flanagan's take especially when seen as Act 1 of a 3 Act series. 4.5/5 📚
