The villain of my current WIP is a Rychillan merchant, a specialist in trade with the Jaleshi Elves. So when the Jaleshi nobility were killed in a revolution, she lost a lot of friends.

But one noble did escape, and she thinks there's a reason why.

The primary villain in Prophecies is Evisto, a demigod who is seriously pissed that his mortal side dooms him to live alongside actual mortals, even though his divinity makes him infinitely better than they are. He utterly despises mortals, and his own mortal heritage.

He'd probably wind up as the other half of a duo costume with Trikk, some kind of 'Frankenstein and his monster' arrangement.

Since the cast of CoJ dresses in (superhero) costumes almost every day, they'd think it was funny as hell to all dress as each other.
Drohim would dress as a famous saint or legendary fellow Blade of the Many. Seff would join him as that Blade's squire or a minor angel.

I think that a fun group costume the group would do would be the cast of ice age lol, Brutus could be Many and Everett would be Diego while Miri is in a Sid the sloth onesie 😂

Marcus would be a vampire, a zombie, or a sexy-somethingorother (e.g. sexy bloodstained nurse in shorts and a low-V top).

Blake would go covered in fake blood, and if questioned, would say he was "a songwriter who got murdered by his label owner." (Camille would love it.)
