She dodges the difficulty by saying, “we live just outside the City Centre.” “When it comes on stream the city centre will benefit almost immediately,” says FlashBang, “the new high capacity lines towards Skerton are complete I think. The substation and the final span across the River Lune should be ready by the end of this year.” “And when will it come on stream?” asks NutJob. “It should all be functional early next year. You’ll have have electricity 24/7 then, New Cross and Skerton fist, and then the City Centre. It won’t be long before it reaches across the whole of the city.” “Wow! That sounds fantastic!” replies KristalClear, “Oh, but you can’t tell anybody yet,” stresses FlashBang, “don’t put it in the paper please!
