#Far 's cover of Ginuwine's #Pony has that nasty strip club guitar sound that sounds so good and dirty. And if Magic Mike has taught us anything, it's that men can be sexy and nasty too. Let your freak flag fly and hump the air.

Do you ever feel the overbearing weight of life's expectations of you to be such a stoic man? The antidote is #LanaDelRey 's #BrooklynBaby. Sometimes all you need is whispered sweet vocalization in your ear, to remind you of your own humanity.
#RGMM #Musicsky #Sept2026

2026 has been the year of #RayBull for me. They make their own music videos and seem like such a cool band, and their songs are a great collection of vastly different and genuine feelings. #UnderYouEyelid is a sweet and melodious wonder of a song.
#RGMM #Musicsky #Sept2026

I freakin' love 'tough girl' music. #Cold by #BloodRedShoes has an edgy attitude to it that's a combination of defiance and perseverance. Add to that the rocking sound and great vocals, and you got your self a real "Don't F with me" song.
#RGMM #Musicsky #Sept2026

#Fischerspooner 's #NeverWin is a great dance pop song. It's like the kind of song that'd play when a guy with a popped collar and spiked dyed blonde hair would walk in wearing a pooka shell necklace. A real positive relic of of how we lived in 2005.
#RGMM #Musicsky #Sept2026

Never has a #WCW theme song been more of a blatant rip off of a song than #SelfHighFive for #DDP. That said, I love their take on an instrumental 10% tweaked version of Nirvana's #SmellsLikeTeenSpirit. You put this song in #DDPYoga and I'll activate all my zones!
#RGMM #Musicsky #Sept2026

#TurnTheMusicUp by #PREP has a great slightly spooky intro that feels very much like the last days of summer melting away. An 80's synth pop kind of sound with a modern sheen. Like a chilly summer sunset by the ocean. A great way to welcome in the monsoon season.
#RGMM #Musicsky #Sept2026

I love a good poppy dreamy sounding indie track. #Scrumptious by #TheShakes has everything you'd want in that genre. A beat that if you weren't so in your own mind you'd be on the dance floor. It also sound like the last breathes of summer, a real mood setter.

It's very hard to listen back to this song as a 39 year old man paying mortgage with a wife and child. #NadaSurf 's #Popular was a song that me and my best friend in high school blasted in my car on the way to warped tour in 2005 after high school ended. The angst.....it's too much.
#RGMM #Musicsky

#HappyKid by #NadaSurf is a song that's a great bridge from angsty alt rock into introspective day dreamy rock. It has a sound that I immediately got into, but the words moved my stoic angry heart into places i dared not contemplate. Like a gentle hand on the shoulder saying it okay.
#RGMM #Musicsky

#NadaSurf 's #AlwaysLove was one of those songs that hit me at the beginning of college when the whole world seemed to open up with possibilities and adventure. It was that great alt rock sound, but the lyrics speak to a more introspective and sweeter side of humanity.
#RGMM #Musicsky

#WhereIsYourMind is one of those songs that I love as much as any band. Covered by many people but staying true to the star gazey, introspective day dream nature of the original. #NadaSurf 's version has a heavier bass and slightly sadder take.
#RGMM #Musicsky

#Muse 's #Defector has been a song that I've heard literally 100's of times, and each time I hear it, its just as good as the first time. Stubbornly defiant and yelling your freedom from obsession; it inspires and makes me angry in a positive way.
#RGMM #Musicsky

#Muse gets me hyped up in way that no other band does. Not just on a physical level, but on a mental and soulful way. #GetUpAndFight 's lyrics and vocals are something that turn your whole demeanor in flux. Sometimes a great song with a great message is enough to pull your self up.
#RGMM #Musicsky

#SomethingHuman by #Muse is such a raw and human feeling to be put to song in these times and days of AI and bots. Sometimes it's easy to seclude your self from the world and find your self yearning for human interaction. I love that it's such a beautiful and hopeful song.
#RGMM #Musicsky

#Muse always has such a great theme of rejecting the greater forces that are pushing themselves on you. #Propaganda is very on the nose, but it's done in a way as to confront a bad lover. I love that slow heavy intro, it's like getting down to buisness.
#RGMM #Musicsky

At the time #Muse 's #Pressure was another good heavy drum and guitar song that I loved. In the years after the lyrics speak so motivationally. In a world of ever mounting pressure, the lyrics of defiance and rejection of oppression are a true rallying cry.
#RGMM #Musicsky

When I first heard #TameImpala 's #LetItHappen it was such a powerful moment. The changing tempos, soft gentle vocals, awe inspiring soaring instrumentation, the carefree lyrics; it's one of those songs that just does everything so perfectly. A zen song if ever there was one.
#RGMM #Musicsky

#MyChemicalRomance 's #DEAD is one of their greatest songs. A wonderful lyrical poem of how being a horrible person makes people celebrate your inevitable end. We all die, but it somehow makes life sweeter when its deserved. A great meaning song to dance to.
#RGMM #Musicsky #Sept10th

#LMFAO 's #Shots is an iconic song of the culture of millennials. Celebrating at its most unhinged and unfiltered best. Another great song for today with many unintentional innuendos to present events. That chorus shakes walls and tickles the lizard brain.
