Basically, the usual chaos.

I never set out to write Grandma’s story. She asked me to. Six years of daily conversations later, we’re telling it one story at a time.
Sometimes, when there isn’t a story, we just talk.

📚 Give a bunch of kids an island and no adults.
Civilization lasts about five minutes. 😂
Maybe the island wasn't the dangerous part.
Maybe we are. 🐷
⭐ WHAT THE F%$K DID PEOPLE THINK?
Raw. Intense. Uncomfortable. Complex.
Honestly? I'll take it. 🖤
The Copulation Chronicles
What happens when you can't see their faces?
A room full of strangers. Desire, anonymity, FOMO, and a night that went very differently than expected. 🔥
A Sea of Dick is up. 🖤
Grandma's mind is tired. Her family's history isn't.

I Know It’s Nothing.
A medical scare, grief, anxiety, and one very distracting thing to look forward to. Sometimes, escape is how we get through the things we can't control. 🖤
I THINK I JUST FOUND A CHARACTER EVERYONE HATES FOR THE WRONG REASON.
Mildred Ratched. One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest.
Maybe she's not the villain.
Maybe she's the system.
What if the “asshole” in your life is actually traumatized?
Trauma can look like anger, addiction, isolation, or pushing people away.
Sometimes it looks like being an asshole.
And sometimes it looks like you're fucking fine.
🖤 What if your first thought at a friend's funeral wasn't grief?
Jealousy.
He got out.
Sometimes, the thoughts we're most ashamed of reveal what we're carrying.
Maybe you're not lazy. Maybe you're fucking exhausted.
Sometimes you don't need to push harder. You need to rest.
Why do we miss people who were terrible for us?
Sometimes you don't miss the person. You miss the familiarity, intensity, or chaos.
You can know they were bad for you and still miss them.
Both can be true. 🖤
Grandma went to rehab twice. The first centre failed her. The second helped her get sober. Now her grandson is going for six weeks.
She hopes it's still like that.

Have you ever watched someone make a terrible choice and thought, “WHY THE FUCK WOULD YOU DO THAT?”
Sometimes the behaviour makes more sense when you understand what they're trying to protect themselves from.
What are they trying to protect?
⭐ Real readers. Real reactions.
The Copulation Chronicles has been called raw, intense, unconventional, provocative, mysterious, and gripping.
Honestly? I'll take it. 🖤
What book has stayed with you long after you finished it?
Grandma learned to protect her children in a world that had rarely protected her. Then, finally, she found a home with a yard, a driveway, and security of their own.

When your body wakes up, but your brain is still at war.
Sometimes, trauma doesn't stay in the past. Sometimes, the past becomes right now.
An excerpt from The Copulation Chronicles. 🖤
This week in Psychologically Messy 🖤
Books that fuck with your head. Characters who make terrible decisions. More internet dating survival rules. And Freyja still demanding editorial control. 😂
Complicated people. Uncomfortable questions. That’s the work.
🧪 Poetry. Science. Chemistry. Bad decisions.
Last night’s artist party somehow became the inspiration for a new piece from The Copulation Chronicles 2.
Some experiments are worth repeating. 🔥

What happens when your own brain becomes something you can't trust?
A memory appears. You can see it, hear it, feel it.
But did it really happen?
“Please tell me I’m crazy. I think I’d prefer that.”
Have you ever questioned one of your own memories?
