Great way to start the work week. My cat decided to puke in the shape of Mickey Mouse. Her positivity in the face of adversity inspires me. π
I cleaned it up so you didnt have to see the mess. Now I need to steam clean my carpet.
A happy little flower in my garden that reminded me of Bob Ross. As I walked by it I thought, in Bob Ross's voice "oh look at that happy little flower."
Reached 500000kms. My little VW Golf is a gem.
My son is doing his second year of medical school so my batch cooking has begun. I cook a bunch of easy healthy freezer food for him so he can focus on studying.
Today I'm making a giant pot of beef stew.
Good food is a part of good health care.
Sprouting sandwich sprouts is incredibly easy with the canning jar system. I thought Id share this for my American friends who are increasingly afraid of eating fresh greens.
It only takes a few days from start to finish so I generally have a couple jars going at a time.
Happy to report I have started a worm farm.
We do have chickens but there are some things the hens don't eat that the worms will. And I get awesome dirt after.
These guys will get their own outside box next spring that we can use year round. This garden geek is excited π
This is at the center of my IFS practice. You can swap out the word therapy for coaching here. It's about being present with what is showing up. Getting curious about it. Following the trailheads and listening. It's a powerful space to be.
