Selfridges' magnificent #ArtDeco lifts created in bronze + iron by Birmingham Guild: installed in 1929 for 20th anniversary of iconic London department store's opening.
Door panels depict signs of the zodiac.
Will they reappear in new ‪London Museum‬ Nov 28th??

A narrow #medieval doorway to the tower stair. The oak door is said (by National Churches Trust) to be 14th Century. It has an old iron ring.
