@stuartbourne.bsky.socialThe garden is closed this Friday for a special event, so the next few days we are doing some leaf clearing around the 9/11 memorial.
Don’t worry, there will be plenty of more leaves falling to re-cover the beds 😂
@stuartbourne.bsky.socialThere’s not many jobs you can do in this weather, but I was able to prune some of the topiary yew globes around the garden.
@stuartbourne.bsky.socialSpent the morning out on the mower collecting thatch and dead grass. This ensures when the rains come it gets to the soil and the new leaves are not hindered when they start growing.
