This one is for the vibes and how @rustraven.bsky.social and I have felt about finally getting to the chapters where Nat and Vola quit being useless sapphics

From One Bad Tuesday: Ch. 10 - We All Fall Down

archiveofourown.org/series/3436765

Why wait for the inevitable, just do it now, just cut her loose now so you don’t have to watch her fall for someone else and have it break your heart – but, goddess help her, she couldn’t do it now, if she tried she knew she’d cry. Instead, she just shrugged again. “Nah, we can do it later. Go enjoy your evening with your new friends.” Gods, she hadn’t meant to say it like that, but it was too late to take it back. The word was thick with the humidity of the building rain.

In Licorice and Mint, Nat and Vola go to each other for advice. In One Bad Tuesday, Vola goes to Quinn, her tattoo artist and Nat goes to Zaya, Innani, or Melody.

From One Bad Tuesday: Ch. 11 - No Shoulder to Cry On (First Draft)

archiveofourown.org/series/3436765

The pair ran back towards the black ominous hallway that sang of safety and sanctuary. Nat’s divine hands passed along a sharp burning pain to her body. So what they felt she felt? Gritting her teeth she pushed on as her divine arms gripped and moved along the Life Weave like monkey bars on a playground. Another arm had a firm grip on the man claiming to be her father, making sure the Raggedy Man did not fall into the abyss. But why? Why save him after all he did? When he was the reason she was here?

From One Bad Tuesday: Ch. 8 - Ties That Bind

archiveofourown.org/series/3436765

The last few words were barely a fading whisper of black as the ink pen gave the last of its blood to the thin paper. The sickly dragonborn grit his teeth and spit a gob of black blood at the wall as he tossed the pen after it. Slowly and carefully he tried folding the note into the origami shape that Tommy delivered all his messages in. Their way of knowing. Something a halfling courtesan showed them one night on leave. A challenge that didn’t involve killing. Art that their claws could easily ruin if they didn’t focus.

I always hate answering these questions this way, but we haven't made up any new foods for Licorice and Mint. So the same things we would grow and harvest in our reality basically.

Tiff, Amanda, Ahn-Me, and Melody all had/have stuffed toys at some point in their lives.

Ahn-Me misses hers and even took her Doll's name when it (a god inside) sacrificed itself to save her.

Well without spoilers Licorice and Mint saw Vola turn to Nat several times.

Nat however has had to tank several life threatening situations alone. Thats gonna change.

Nat has technically finished medical school. So full k-12, pre-med undergrad, and graduated medical school.

Vola survived K-12 public school. Survived being the key word.

Global (English) is the most common tongue, but in Alkesh Dwarvish and Orcish are also most commonly spoken. All three are mandatory in School. First Nations languages of Eponte, (1/3)
