So apparently the AB gov is doing a study on building a bypass for Airdrie, which already has a 6 lane highway to it that they are putting 300M+ into interchanges for.

We have so far failed to build an 11km pathway to connect the cities for $2-5M.

This is an issue in Alberta too. Wheelchairs and power wheelchairs are classified as walking and aren’t permitted in cycle tracks/bike lanes on the street.

Alberta should change this law as well. It’s not enforced anyway! Bring wheelchair users into the fold of active mobility. 👍

The real "cash grab".

During this campaign I saw:

-A truck pass a block of traffic on Riverfront on the right hand shoulder.
-A driver match my speed to yell at me on 10 ST in Kensington.
-10s of vehicles block DT traffic by proceding without room.

But me going 23 kph is the problem?
