Gone out to Llandudno today for shopping and lunch which today is at Botanical Babes #BotanicalBabes which does a few #Vegan things. highly recommend them. They're a bit unusual as you have to cook them covered (lid) in the frying pan but I guess it keeps them moist and succulent too. 5⭐

Needed to finish our produce from the previous week’s shopping and start fresh, so everything went into the pot. Then added black beans, brown rice, and Abbott’s ground to provide the protein. Each of our bowls had three pounds of food in it for 800 cal and 67 protein.

I came across this Plantspired Bee Free Honey Garlic chik’n & grabbed it on a whim. I’m super glad I did. The texture of the chik’n was good & the sauce was very flavorful. We added frozen broccoli & cashews & it only took a few minutes to put together. 🍽️🍜 #vegan #VeganFood

Apparently we got the last can of no sugar added apple pie filling Walmart or anyone else is going to sell, because I can’t find any more cans at any stores. They all have sugar added now. Served up on a keto hamburger bun to keep the calories down while picking up some protein.
