One way I might already be becoming 'dangerous' is that Instagram pop ups used to actually get me, I would tap right into whatever looked interesting. Now they don't work on me the same way, I notice them as a trick instead of just reacting.

The hanging with Ashley #2 has actually changed scrolling for me I catch myself scrolling now, when before I never noticed it. This has helped me get more time and spend it on other important things like studying for assignments beforehand and not procrastinating.
