I guess I never gave attention to texting. I don’t really think about how crazy it is that I can instantly send someone a message and have it sit there until they respond. Instagram reel scrolling is a medium in my life which is so normal it disappears, it makes me lose track of time, after a point i am not taking new information into my mind, just scrolling aimlessly. A way that i can expose it would be setting a reel counter on Instagram.

Makeup videos on tik tok 😭 they keep me so intrigued and it's so hard to stop watching them and not get influenced to buy the products. I would say trying to create an algorithm that is different or to stop clicking on more makeup videos to show that I am less engaged. #hwa2 #normalmedium

An anti environment to expose it, would be putting myself in public spaces where I usually would want to wear them and I wouldn't wear them. For example on the bus, or the library, or just walking to class. I would have to allow myself to be present and hear everything around me. #hwa2 #normalmedium
