Two blush roses in my garden photographed same day. They are big, beautiful and fragrant pink roses in my backyard planted by the original homeowner. The colour changes slightly as it agea. Blooms until the first frost, few more buds at the moment! Glossy dark green leaves with long stems and prominent thorns.

The historic 1929 Cornish fishing lugger Peel Castle (registered as PZ 17) is a traditional wooden sailing vessel built by J. Gilbert & S. Pascoe in Porthleven, Cornwall.
Photographed off the coast of Anglesey, using engine rather than sails. Appears to have been restored and is under private ownership.

I was awestruck when I saw this beautiful Blue Morpho at a butterfly conservatory last month. There were a lot of them flying around but they would only land in one area, on a large leafed palm tree by a small waterfall.

A very large butterfly is resting on a large leaf, with its wings fully opened. The upper side of the wings are a bright blue, and tiny scales on the wings give it a shiny appearance. The wings have a dark border with small white spots. It is native to the rainforests in Central and South America and feeds on fruit juices and tree sap.
