Nose: Less physical activity on the nose, fresh, popcorn, softer apples, more apple Danish, fat juicy sultanas. coconut ice, bounty without the chocolate, a little citrus, maybe orange, bigger sniff gives a sour milk. Back of hand, sour, plasticine, stale sweat.

On the palate for the Jura 12yo 40% - Peach, spice, lemon, sourness and wood, a little white pepper. Reminds me of a peach based cocktail on a 18 to 30s holiday in Kavos: sweet and sour, a bit of a blur.

On the palate theres a little note of fruit, maybe honeydew melon, its there but not as prominent as i hoped, its got a lil kick to hit in the back of the throat, and very nutty for me. It's only 40% ABV so I'm not adding any water. I was once stuck on the floor for 4 hours when my back went but I could finally move again after drinking some Jura, the only whisky I could reach. And that's one of the reasons I love #JuraWhisky
