Wait, the research facilities have ALREADY been made!? What if Doug Divadome said no!? #BubblegumCrisis

Okay...I REALLY like Priss' "Not Replacement"...this is a GOOD way to introduce her and the song (and music video) is a bop!

So, we need an excuse to have this set in America, so how about we see the most exciting thing of all...CONTRACTS BETWEEN GENOM AND SOME US COMPANY RAN BY DOUG DIVADOM! #BubblegumCrisis

During "Say Yes" we see a trucker getting handed a disc by a gas man with some instructions on it.

The first one who does a Mission: Impossible joke, I'll shove out an airlock while you hear nothing but the Left Behind audiobook. #BubblegumCrisis

"Say yes!" Anybody know if the English songs got an album? I have one of the Japanese ones, but I'd LOVE to get a copy of the English songs on vinyl. #BubblegumCrisis

So, our would be sub for Priss? Her name is Vision and she leads a band called The Revengers!

Because our fill in needs to be as close to the ACTUAL woman that her company tried to screw us over for. #BubblegumCrisis

Okay doing the finale FOR REALS this week!

We open in 2033, BGC's current year, in Houston, Texas, USA.

As opposed to Houston, Texas, France. #BubblegumCrisis

...except both sides came to an 11th hour agreement. And by 11th hour, I mean could only do the minoriest of changes to the last ep...but still had to do Double Vision and do a VERY hasty rewrite! How does this work? Let's find out with "Double Vision!" #BubblegumCrisis

It's an understatement to say that they were pissed at both AIC and Artmec for this and wanted to her quit, so Priss was supposed to die in the last ep and the woman coming up in this one, "Double Vision," was to replace her... #BubblegumCrisis

So, Priss's Japanese VA, Kinuko Omori, is primarily a singer...and her label at the time wanted to KEEP HER that way. They even got mad when she sung solo as Priss to promote BGC, hence why so many songs after have the Knight Sabers as a band. #BubblegumCrisis

Ok, so, we got some...interesting (Re: production problems) stories about these next two eps...first, about this one... #BubblegumCrisis

Around an hour from now, we wrap up #BubblegumCrisis. ... but not The Knight Sabers.

Again, polishing up another #HardSurface armor from a classic 80s #anime #BubblegumCrisis This time it's Sylia Stigray's hardsuit all done in #Blender and applying test materials for some clean renders.

Just what did this chaos do TO the plans? Well...truth be told, there's WORSE chaos in store as we look at what was not meant to be, but became, the final eps of #BubblegumCrisis starting with "Double Vision" tomorrow night.

Tomorrow, ok, so, the original plan thanks to an angry record label: Priss was gonna die and the new girl was gonna take her place...except they worked things out with the label so close to production, they could only change the ending of the last ep while STILL doing the next one. #BubblegumCrisis

Blocking out another low-poly 80s #anime armor from #bubblegumcrisis Sylia's hardsuit in #Blender. Building off the core styling from the previous #characterart, these #hardsurface models are getting faster to piece together.

Mega Tokyo's finest are being wiped out by a series of attacks perpetrated by Boomers, automatons born to kill. With no one else up to the task of recycling these mad machines, there's only one crew left to turn to:
The Knight Sabers.

Reminder, tomorrow, I won't be on, so #BubblegumCrisis is NEXT WEEK as I'm going to do a mini-vacation thing while watching #MST3K The Rifftrax Experiements.

But, we see the effects of last weeks rewrites next week starting with "Double Vision" to close out BGC, but NOT the Knight Sabers.
