Getting back on track with the #ringHSPU here. I failed to get the BW+5 bottom-up, but I did manage to match my best from last time after that attempt, which was BWx3 bottom-up. Then I manged a PR for top-down of BWx4.

Embracing rep PRs of late on all my big lifts, working off percentages of last tested 1RM either 70-75% immediately after the max or, as in this case, 75-80% just within a month of that test. Here is ~78% #closeGripBench for 185x2x8.

A couple of pure hinging motions I've lately taken up using a zercher method, possibly of my own design, though I doubt I'm the first. First, my own #rackExtensions (similar to 45° #backExtensions), now #zercherRackExtensions, then the same technique applied to #seatedGoodMornings.
