@radiox.co.ukReposted by @oiqfc.bsky.socialThe benefit show has been a rock staple since George Harrison put on the Concert For Bangladesh back in August 1971. As part of Global's Make Some Noise Day, Radio X looks back at some of the most memorable - and emotional - moments.

@queenwillrock.xmirror.botReposted by @oiqfc.bsky.socialLast night, Queen Budapest received its UK premiere at the BFI IMAX in London, marking the first time the newly restored 4K presentation has been shown in IMAX anywhere in the world. The event was attended by Sir Brian May and Roger Taylor, who took part in a Q&A following the film.
@wobblyb.bsky.socialReposted by @oiqfc.bsky.socialFantastic night at the Roundhouse for Roger Taylor. Especially when Brian May pops in for a solo or 2. I think it's fair to say Legends in this case.
@simonwills.bsky.socialReposted by @oiqfc.bsky.socialJust saw Roger Taylor at the Roundhouse. Fantastic gig. Brian May appearing at the end was special - as was a version of Bohemian Rhapsody by a South African choir …

@sheerpodattack.bsky.socialReposted by @oiqfc.bsky.socialWent to see Queen’s Roger Taylor last night 🎶 Last seen him solo in 1999. At the grand old age of 77, he was in fine voice, with an excellent backing band 🎸 Played a good selection of solo material and Queen classics 👑 His new album ‘Violence Insane in a Beautiful World’ is well worth a listen 💿
@pankp007.bsky.socialReposted by @oiqfc.bsky.socialRoger Taylor was on fine form at Usher Hall, Edinburgh last night. Not so much heavy duty drumming now, but still a joy to see him at the kit. His voice remains as varied and exciting as always. Onwards to the Roundhouse! @oiqfc.bsky.social
@johnnymain.bsky.socialReposted by @oiqfc.bsky.socialTonight's entertainment is Roger Taylor live at the Usher Hall in Edinburgh on the second night of his Violence Insane In A Beautiful World UK Tour

@pankp007.bsky.socialReposted by @oiqfc.bsky.socialIt's been eye-opening, revealing and entirely uncelebrated! The good folk of Stone Town had no knowledge of today's significance. Nor did... The Freddie Mercury Museum. I had to tell them! Kinda made it more personal. No crowds.... @oiqfc.bsky.social
