5 days to go, and we've got some very fun concept art to share!🌟

First up, Jade Zhang @yellghoul.bsky.social with concept art for "Irreparable Evolution" by K.C. Pickelsimer @kcpickelsimer.bsky.social in which a crew of archeologists discover an ancient city that isn't as empty as they thought.

A sketched illustration concept by Jade Zhang, in the ruins of an ancient city, a huge and monstrous harpy-like creature is perched on a half broken arch, looming over two tiny figures below.

Winter Blooms is a queer romantasy about Leon- a former soldier entering an arranged marriage with the right hand of the mysterious Helwyn clan - Sevrin - who never intended to marry. He must learn to shed notions of the past, come to terms with his present self, and maybe even fall in love.

Text laid over a starry night background reads: "The world has begun to move so quickly that we forget that the very ground we walk over is filled with the bones of our ancestors. Layer upon layer of life crushed under the weight of progress, celebrated when remembered but mostly ignored. We forget that, when looking for the lost ruins of what once were our great civilizations, that the homes were not always empty and the people were not without life. We trample the altars of their gods and expect to walk away all the greater for it. " -K.C. Pickelsimer, Irreparable Evolution
