Our launch event is on Nov 10th, with a cracking lineup of speakers: luma.com/cikzcth0

Excited that our paper, “The limbic navigation system as a hierarchical RNN”, has been accepted at #NeurIPS! Joint work with two talented students, Huiwen Zhang, Krishna Gorantla, and @neilburgess10.bsky.social.
We use a multi-module RNN to explore how the brain’s navigation circuits works.

I wanted to highlight the work of Alison Comrie et al. that recently came out in Neuron and I don’t think it is getting enough attention:

Today I'm posting a video about Neurodigitech LLC which has provided clearly photoshopped neurons to research teams that published these images in Nature, JBC, and more. A year after I uncovered this only one paper has been corrected. It's in Frontiers. youtu.be/4g_1_AWOVpI

Ever wondered how the hippocampal cognitive map is read-out?

@changmin-yu.bsky.social @zilong-ji.bsky.social with Jake & John, show that, during navigation, theta sweeps indicate remembered goal-directions (cf. current/next movements or perceptual targets) 1/2
