Yesterday, the case "FM v. Frontex" was presented [email protected], @refugeesinlibya.bsky.social and @en.sea-watch.org in Brussels.

The case shed light on Frontex's complicity in hindering rescue operations and handing refugees to Libyan authorities.

The ICC has set 4 May 2027 for the opening of El Hishri’s trial. He faces 17 confirmed charges of war crimes and crimes against humanity linked to alleged abuses against detainees at Mitiga Prison and the Mitiga Compound in Tripoli.
