An illustration of Sam from Look Outside, a brown man with short spiked black hair, staring into his bathroom mirror in horror. His eyes are wide and his frown tight, frozen right before he was going to use his toothbrush. The scene is framed by the bathroom mirror's blue exterior.

Behind Sam a large group of unsettling people loom cloaked in darkness. The edges of their bodies are highlighted against the dark, but what truly pops are their bright pink tinted eyes and teeth.
Among the shadowy figures are the following characters from Look Outside, starting from the bottom and ascending: Spine, Joel, Sophie, Hellen, Dan, Leigh, Morton, Phillippe, and Aster.

dissociation #lookoutside

An illustration of Sam, Rat Child, Dan, and Hellen walking down the dark purple and fuschia hallway of floor 2. They are specifically headed away from apartment 25. The debris seperating the two halves of the floor are clearly visible, and the ceiling above also shows signs of missing panels and damage. Sam, Rat Child, and Hellen are rendered in the artist's style. They show signs of having been in a fight: there are fresh blood stains on weapons and clothes, Sam has bruises on his cheek, and the Rat Child's arm has been bandaged. Meanwhile Dan is rendered as a 1 to 1 replica of his overworld sprite from the game. He's flat and stands out in comparison to the others. The shadows on the wall show Dan's silhouette does not match his sprite: it's the same style the others are drawn in instead.

Look Outside is now one of my favorite games I've played. I'm now starting to do remixes of its music, it has me hooked!!
