Just a reminder that when Dems turn against trans people for power, it's also a reminder that they'll do other things for power that you might not like too, such as supporting billionaires.

Hiya! Since it's almost Halloween, it's time for one of my "favorite" spooky season PSAs! Don't buy taxidermy bats! None of them are ethically sourced, most are endangered, and the market for taxidermy or freeze dried bats is descimating local populations. Etsy, ebay, curio shows, none are okay.

Tweed is such a beautiful fabric to wear this time of year because it produces, in Dolly Parton's phrasing, a coat of many colors. Even a solid-colored brown is not just brown, but bits of red, blue, and yellow to produce something that looks lifted off the Scottish landscape.

There are two photos taped together. The top shows a brown stone building with a brown thatched roof. It's surrounded by green grass, stone walkways, and blue-gray sea. Below is a checked brown tweed that reflects the colors in the landscape above it. There are two photos taped together. The one at te top shows a rocky hillside with green and straw-colored grass, gray rocks, and a tan sandy beach below. The blue waters are crashing at the shore. Below is a green herringbone tweed that reflects the colors in the landscape above it. There are two photos taped together. The top shows a field of green and straw colored fields with bits of purple flowers. Below is a a series of checked brown tweed that reflect the colors in the landscape above it. A swatch book of solid-colored tweeds. The green tweed has visible flecks of red, gold, and blue.

Thank you so much for all the love on this project! Here is a video showing what the physical flipbooks look like. And to answer a popular question: YES, these WILL BE FOR SALE ONLINE (and at future cons) once I print/bind a larger edition this fall!

I was not expecting this non-fiction audiobook about labor rights to be narrated by the same VA who does the future/scifi murder mysteries I listen to... This is going to make for some very interesting listening.

MOVING SALE ✨
Among.... other things!

I'm currently running a really big moving sale over at peripendrake.com to help moving with stock be easier, but also to help with the expenses *of* moving and more importantly...vehicle repair costs because we were in a car accident :' )

Shares appreciated <3
