I make tabletop RPG stuff. The most popular thing I've made has been Procedures to Discover the Path Ahead.

if nothing else, cataphracts is teaching me how to make really quick photoshops of public domain art (I have joined another game)
If I went from cataphracts to O/U rather than the other way around, what's the intended way of answering the last question

Here's some of the stuff I made
I mostly played the game asynchronously. I did a bit of live RP but tried to not do too much. Instead I did stuff like this.
Seeing all the #over/under nostalgia, I want to share this physical memento: @seedlinggames.bsky.social (President Alcyone) made and sent the first Union Token (later Unioncoin) to me in the actual mail during the game. I'm rich!
I've had a lot of complicated thoughts and feelings about O/U. But it's been nice to see people post art from it. It reminds me of when I was actually there and what it was like actually playing it at the time, and why I kept coming back
I *really* like this map (not mine, some random person on reddit who I can't find anywhere else)
I keep trying to get better at art in general, but I keep coming back to maps
I've been working on this for some time and with the release of the first three Cairn CAS adventures in Markdown, I thought this was as good a time as any to make a few announcements.
I feel better that it's going to take like another week or so for me to actually take the physical copies of my Kickstarter to the post office
139. The Aura Surge by @deer.stream
A royal, social adventure for Cairn 2e 👑
Simple layout with a simple map & some cool ass coat of arms art. The premise: 6 cool Knights all have an equal claim to the throne, via chunks of a magic item. Pick 1 to elevate, settle their disputes, or kill said item

I cannot imagine a use case for wanting AI to fill in a field in google sheets like beyond all other issues with AI
People were writing blog posts about names like two weeks ago, so I wrote one of my own
This is mostly about the random name generators I made and the thought process behind them.
another thing too is that a high lethality ruleset doesn't necessarily mean a lot of death, it means you approach the world and the problems you encounter differently In the real world, for instance, you can die after getting stabbed just once! And yet I have gone years and years without dying
now that I think about it, I play both OSR and story games, and both have been similarly deadly unless the game explicitly doesn't have character death (I haven't actually played that much Mothership, I do tend to play more Cairn-type games though)
redrawing a hex map I used for a cataphracts game
I'm non-exclusive, I don't think exclusive is worth it
I use obsidian a fair bit for other things but I'm looking I think for a fairly conventional wiki
Specific use case is a place for cataphracts refs to put special rules they have used, detachment types and faction abilities, etc. maybe also a short summary of (especially) completed games and links to blog posts. I would manually approve editors
Relatedly I haven't been on mastodon much because I was running a non ttrpg mastodon server with some friends and got pretty burnt out on it This I am sure will not repeat the mistakes of the past!
what should I use to host a wiki It will be small, visible on the internet, have a relatively small number of editors I would be willing to pay a small amount of money to have it be ad free I would prefer it not to be a ton of work to do
