Absolutely! Small talk and weak ties are exactly how society functions and how slowly deeper connections are created. Tbh tho I wouldn’t be so enthused about it but for the fact that it’s so looked down upon.

Just a shout out to second a love of so called small talk. Personally I like being friendly with people I encounter and honestly don’t want to go deep n meaningful with every breath I take 🤷🏻‍♀️
