What We All Lack (Ce qui manque à nous tous) (1962) by Man Ray

A surrealist sculpture featuring a large iridescent glass bubble mounted on a curved white stem and a dark rectangular base, displayed on a fabric covered pedestal in an art gallery. The bubble reflects colorful light and the surrounding room. An exhibition label beneath the sculpture discusses its ephemeral nature and references Man Ray and Friedrich Engels.
