New funding from The Polonsky Foundation will support a two-year project exploring the learning and teaching of ancient Greek in UK schools, led by @profarlenehh.bsky.social. The funding was announced during a recent visit @britschoolathens.bsky.social.
On Friday 25th Sep, the BSA was honoured to welcome the President of the Hellenic Republic, Mr. Constantinos Tassoulas, for a special talk on 'The contribution of the foreign Archaeological Schools to the promotion of ancient Greek civilization’.
