New achievement! Big Fan.

Katie Cook is a self-proclaimed “big fan” of Dungeon Crawler Carl, despite being a human who is much less adept at wafting air than actual hand fans.

Reward: Supporting artists is its own reward!

Drawing of Katie Cook. Text: Artist Spotlight, Katie Cook, Dungeon Crawler Carl. Katie Cook is a comic artist and writer that has been in the industry for a while. She’d list just how long here but isn’t that a faux pas of admitting that she’s old? She is the creator of the comic Nothing Special on LineWebtoon, an all-ages adventure about a girl, a boy with fairy wings and a dead Radish. It’s her favorite thing and you should read it.

Picture of a fluffy cat wearing a crown. Text: Fandom Reveal, season One. When the end of the world is televised, a pantless man and his ex-girlfriend’s cat must fight for their lives one dungeon level at a time. Even with millions of copies sold and many weeks spent on The New York Times Best Seller list, the most important thing about this series is how deeply beloved it is by fans everywhere.

Exploring the battle between the monstrous and the mundane, V. Gagnon is the perfect artist (and definitely not serial killer) for this fan!

Discussing SFOpera's Simon Boccanegra with a friend, and said I hoped next week's Mary Queen of Scots would be more exciting. My argument: "I don't know how you can make it dull... Mary is basically three husbands and an explosion in a farthingale." Which... I'm rather proud of as a description.
