boot loader activated!
I think we are in business.
I can take #footiMac back home now and hopefully @[email protected]
will be online again tonight. And most importantly @alberniweather and @AlberniweatherBot will be getting live data again!

Looks like it was nothing. None of the services, including raspberryShake map, shows any recent earthquakes in the area.

May have been blasting or something more innocuous

Just felt an earthquake in Nanaimo? It was more of a ‘bump’.

possible detection at 12:41PM PT on the Alberniweather shake sensor.

We’ll see if it pops up on the USGS/NRCan maps.

Summer is really over now #VictoriaBC. Today's rain marks the end of a 24-day 'drought'. We'll see more dry spells this year, but they won't last this long. The chart shows the record of droughts and wets in the region.

Breaking News! Code UFB!!! Yesterday's (preliminary) Nino 3.4 sea-surface temperature just broke past 3.0°C above the 1991-2020 baseline! This marks the 108th consecutive daily record, is 1.07°C above the previous daily record set in 1997, and is 4.02σ above the baseline.
