Or maybe just have their skull cut open and have the lobotomy done live and directly

I was thinking more of a brutal lobotomy. Like someone has the pick stick into their skull! And to convey they're lobotomized, could try making their eyes part, their expression blank, a few small bubbles floating from their head and popping, and have them drooling

Np! I'm happy to be a part of your goretober :3 (Also this came as an afterthought but I suggest lobotomy. The idea of someone having a pick stick out of their head, still bleeding and drooling is really funny imo)

Yeah I got some ideas that I'd really like to see ya do! 1st: I think you should try doing crucifixion 2nd: Something akin to being bound by searing hot chains that melts and eats into the skin 3rd: Being strapped to a target board and have knives thrown at the them 4th: Hanged up on meat racks

Would it be possible if I suggest another idea, with or without my character?
