Why oh why did I choose the life of a Texas Longhorns fan

I worked at a “resort” in a mountain town for 2 days. My co-workers thought that I was, in their words, “one of them” because of my accent. So that meant I had to very briefly play the role of a young, Joe-Rogan-loving MAGA male when January 6 came up in convo. I hate to say that I pulled it off.

I thought Digger was phenomenal and The Social Reckoning was quite good

I hate sports

Really Dug Digger. I’m just really glad that our current world leaders are more competent than those folks. Otherwise, I think we’d be in a lot of trouble. But thankfully, I have all the confidence in the world in our decision-makers in charge.

i have been laughing at this for 5 minutes straight

Why did I choose the life of a Texas fan. This is miserable even when they’re the #1 team in the nation. This is all your fault, Vince Young.

Apparently they don’t make ER beds for 6’3” individuals And apparently kidney stones are hereditary Thanks a lot @noelmanning.bsky.social 🙄

Honestly he’d be happy to hear that he has any game at all in his future, no matter the cost

Prompts like this are a reminder that I am certainly in the minority on Bluesky in terms of age demographics… because 20 was only 6 years ago for me lol Anyway, yeah, 20-year-old Thomas would be impressed that today Thomas already has a broken hip on his résumé

skipped a pretty key step in the movie review process here

I hope Trump got a chance to check out the Eastridge Mall while he was in Gastonia today
