Lookin it up and apparently ???? Pcos can also mess up certain hormones that relax muscles and lead to like muscular issues. As w / everything the solution is slow, methodical effort of massage / relaxation, strength training and manually doing things my body is meant to at least partially

At what point does having pcos and chronic muscle pain and back issues cross over into like disability territory Cuz im like “i am not disabled i am fine” but every month at least for a week I can’t bend at the waist and even rentering gym isn’t relieving this pain
