Liverpool make three enforced changes from the win at Bournemouth as the injury worries deepen, while Manchester City are able to field their top gun.
A highly anticipated match lies ahead.
I watched the VMAs for the first time in decades last week. That Yung Lean vid is superb - should have won video of the year hands down. The kind of vid that was made in the golden age.

Andoni Iraola didn't shock anyone with his words this morning. It was clear that while the City story off the pitch has consumed the rest of football, he's got plenty to think about on the pitch.
#LFC
Anyone expecting Andoni Iraola to share his real thoughts on the Manchester City saga were left disappointed as the Liverpool coach wanted to concentrate on his team and the tough task ahead - made tougher by the injury news. Catch the full press conference review later today.

Here in England we had this same scenario play out with a song by Sam Fender & Olivia Dean. The only difference being that there was no focus on the genre, and implications of class. There were still accusations of snobbery that ignored the changes in how we consume music that underpins the issue.

The most entertaining game I've seen live for quite some time ended with eight goals and seven wins out of seven for Enzo Maresca's new look Manchester City, against a Sunderland who had no right to be this good after a midweek European adventure.
Enzo Maresca makes one enforcedchange from his successful Manchester Derby team, while Regis Le Bris shakes up his Sunderland side after their midweek European adventure
Opinions on Florian Wirtz increasingly exist at the extremes, but after his international manager entered the debate, Andoni Iraola's response gave clues to how the German should be judged going forward:

Andoni Iraola knows better than most how good this Bournemouth side is, but he's also sure that he has enough quality within his squad to get the job done at his former home.
Check out the full press conference review coming later this afternoon.
When you make 10 changes, there's no criticism if you win. Especially if some of the replacements bring to the table some of the qualities the side have been missing
Liverpool ring the changes as expected, with a welcome return from injury to boot.

Some managers feel that they learn more about their players after a defeat then after a win, but Andoni Iraola will have learned plenty from Saturday's draw with Fulham
We're still getting used to Andoni Iraola's methods when it comes to rotation, but he was willing to announce a starting place for one fringe player against Spurs in the Carabao Cup.
Look out for the press conference review later today for further analysis
