@eugenpfister.bsky.socialReposted by @chludens.bsky.socialBy the way it is only through the dilligent control and a beautiful spreadsheet that @pyhurel.bsky.social managed to gather 81 texts in under a year.

@chludens.bsky.socialHerzlichste Gratulation an @hekabeohnename.bsky.social und Adrian Demleitner 🙌
@eugenpfister.bsky.socialReposted by @chludens.bsky.socialI’m preparing a short talk for our conference at Monte Verità to give insights into the work of @chludens.bsky.social and I’m quite amazed by the team’s boundless energy: 131 interviews, 81 essays for our book, 60 blog posts, a dataset with 480 entries and 4 podcast episodes – and that's not the end
@hekabeohnename.bsky.socialReposted by @chludens.bsky.socialIn other news: Last Friday, I defended my dissertation on the gender history of German gaming magazines 1980-2000! 🎉😁 Writing, submitting, and now, finally, defending my thesis as part of @chludens.bsky.social was such a wild ride and such a joy, I'm forever grateful for this whole experience ❤️
@eugenpfister.bsky.socialReposted by @chludens.bsky.socialFirst day of our @chludens.bsky.social conference at Monte Verità. Local Game History #Gamestudies in Ticino 😍
@pachuki.bsky.socialReposted by @chludens.bsky.socialwir suchen Tagungsvorträge, bei denen es um Darstellungen des Körperinneren (in Games, Filmen, Comics, Literatur, Kunst, etc) geht!
@eugenpfister.bsky.socialReposted by @chludens.bsky.socialNote: I’m finally going to get the following books signed at Monte Verità. (Hopefully no one thinks that’s the only reason we organised the conference) #GameStudies
@eugenpfister.bsky.socialReposted by @chludens.bsky.socialBy the way: in two weeks’ time, we’ll be celebrating the imminent conclusion of @chludens.bsky.social at Monte Verità with a major international conference and the brightest minds in local game history .
@achimfehrenbach.bsky.socialReposted by @chludens.bsky.socialThe 1980s and 1990s saw #cracktros flourish: short, creative programs that appeared before cracked #games. Swiss researchers René Bauer and Beat Suter have written a book about this fascinating subculture. An interview.
