I'm in a better place now I think. Treating this post as more of a diary than anything but I spiralled for a bit there. Communication does wonders though. I'm thankful for the people I have in my life, especially my other half. It's rough but fuck do they make it bearable. I got this. 'We' got this.

I'm brought to a breaking point but I don't really have the strength to do anything I know would be stupid or destructive. So I just lay in bed with that thousand yard stare at the ceiling in a blank floating haze not really in a rush to go anywhere. It's all a bit much isn't it? Oh well.
