Good news for people who love books and games: Bring Your Own Book is back! @happycampergames.bsky.social and @ezeekat.bsky.social are publishing a new edition of my favorite party game. I was honored to have the chance to write some of the prompts used in the game! #booksky

Though both new editions have been out for a few months, we just sent out a newsletter informing our audience about the availability of the @ezeekat.bsky.social presents @happycampergames.bsky.social edition (English) and frechverlag Booklove edition (German).

A subtitled photograph of two different editions of the party game Bring Your Own Book. On the left, the Ezeekat presents Happy Camper edition, and on the right, the frechverlag TOPP Kreativ edition. Both include a stack of prompt cards in front, with one card turned to face the viewer though the text is too small to read. Both are charmingly blue and feature the title Bring Your Own Book in bright friendly letters. At the top a title has been superimposed: "Welcoming the newest editions of Bring Your Own Book."

Sooooo excited for the re-release of Bring Your Own Book. Thanks @happycampergames.bsky.social for putting this out in the world again! Librarians of Bluesky, you need this!

We're out with a review of Trio from @happycampergames.bsky.social on the podcast today! Come for the deceptively simple card game, stay for the lively commentary from the 12-year-old and the 4-year-old! He's big enough for an actual interview now! www.buzzsprout.com/2292265/epis...
