I started doing these last winter because I wanted to be a leader I would be proud to vote for - one who is transparent and accessible, who faces hard questions with curiosity, care, and integrity, and who doesn’t run from the people they represent. That’s exactly who I’ll be as state rep.

My second October office hours session is coming up this Saturday, and it will be my last one before Election Day!

We had a wonderful time at yesterday’s October Fun Fest in Boxford, hosted by Community Giving Tree. The food trucks and the music were fantastic, but of course I spent most of my time with the animals 😂 Just too cute!

The federal government under the Trump admin seeks to divide us, using marginalized groups of people as pawns to further their agenda, but on Election Day, Massachusetts has the opportunity to put its foot down and say “NOT HERE.” So remember to vote all the way down your ballot this November!

Thank you to our sitting state representative Tram Nguyen for coming out to canvass with Team Murray today! The 18th Essex district has made tremendous strides under Rep. Nguyen’s leadership, and we have come too far in the last eight years to take a single step back.

And, of course, I always leave time to knock on doors and meet the residents of the district! If you want to join me, come kick off today’s canvass in Andover with Rep. Tram Nguyen and I. We are meeting at Wood Hill Middle School at 3pm and we’d love to see you then!

After that, the team and I met up at Andover’s RevFest, celebrating 250 years of the nation we call home. The organizers did a fantastic job, and everyone I talked to had a great time meeting the colonial artisans, visiting the reimagined “Abbot Tavern”, and watching Andover’s first ever drone show!

It’s been a busy weekend already! Yesterday, I kicked off the morning with a hike to Lake Cochichewick to assist with North Andover DPU’s clean-up efforts along the shoreline, and then I headed over to the historic Parson Barnard House for a tour led by the house’s knowledgeable caretaker, David.
