Beginning to push a little bit of distance now. Still walking wonky, but it's good to get out into the autumn sunshine.

It'll be very slow, and with no definites at all. Just putting in the work and hoping for the best. Whatever happens in terms of recovery, I've got a totally different life and some good people around me now, so it'll be OK.

Tally is brilliant. All of her stuff is so good, and has such a good community around her. Great day here. Sunshine, and I'm beginning to be able to get out and walk a little bit. It's hard work, but worth it. How are things with you?

Walked back from physio, as it's downhill. Completely wiped me out, but good for me too.
