so much good animation coming when the industry is in shambles

Repost from adultswim on Instagram "He said no soy sauce. GET JIRO Premieres Saturdays @ midnight | Next Day @HBOMax"

Skydance now owns Nick, Cartoon Network, Adult Swim, Comedy Central, and MTV, effectively ending US TV animation as we know it. Countless jobs will be lost, and fewer new shows will be created. An apocalyptic scenario for cartoons, yet it's maybe the 5th-worst thing about the Paramount-WB merger!

People who save internets please save this internet

seeing all these clips of Q performing for the 10th anniversary of Blank Face and just now seeing Danny Brown announce a performance for the 10th anniversary of Atrocity Exhibition

defenestration should be much more of a worry for the C-suite than it currently is

You can’t watch the show where Evan Rachel Wood transitioned from Tradwife to Infinite Ammo Lady & also Thandiwe Newton was Info Broker Courtesan Turned Ninja Sword Lady aka A Thing We Love & Tessa Thompson dressed Like This and it also had Anthony Hopkins, Ed Harris & Jeffry Wright cuz of Zazlav

I be pissed off dealing with the stupid notes and edits I get for murals and graphic design gigs. and those be singular images. we start talking bout pages, and you being an asshole?? we might gotta get into some violence

I spent my whole childhood wanting to work in comics. especially after the birth of Image. it didn’t pan out for me, but once i got older and started meeting people in comics??? man … that dream ain’t so shiny anymore. them horror stories be horror’ing

Yep! An artist we know had a contract with ironclad delivery dates. The publisher ate up a full year of his work time with edits & rewrites, then expected him to draw 120 pages in 30 days or give back his advance.
