yup c: with evolution its much harder for evolved body parts to go backwards and/or turn into something else, so the key is to have the evolution begin at a point before things are set in stone so they can adapt into something different

yeah its really tricky, most people either do normal human hands or hooved fingers and it doesnt feel right i feel like if the hands didn't 'evolve' for treading on the ground it would be easier for them to adapt to grasping onto things instead
